Yes. We only work with WordPress and WooCommerce. This allows us to concentrate our knowledge, skills and experience and deliver the best possible service to our customers.

No. We have a range of great-looking templates optimised for local business and business startup websites. We customise these templates to reflect your business colour-scheme and logo. Then we add your images, content and a location map. This keeps prices down and gets you up-and-running quickly.

If you need a completely custom website, our 'Business Website' option would be better suited to your needs.

Our website management & support plans come with no fixed contract. You can switch plans at any time - all we ask is 30 days notice to get everything ready.

Standard operating hours are 8.30am - 5pm GMT or BST (+1 hour) in the summer.

We're a dedicated team though, so it's quite possible you'll get a response outside of those hours.

Unless you're taking advantage of our Pay-As-You-Go website option, you'll need to find a good website hosting company. The company you choose will be one of the most important factors determining the success of your website project. You're going to need a provider who offers hosting that is optimised for both WordPress and WooCommerce (if appropriate).

We're more than happy to recommend WP Engine (yes, that's an affiliate link) to all our customers. All you have to do is open an account with them - we do the rest!
