If you sign up to our Maintain Plus plan, we spend the first month researching your business.
Because getting to know you, your business and taking a 'deep dive' into your data enables us to build the detailed 'roadmap' that will guide us in the months ahead.
Why is that important?
Having an agreed roadmap for the journey before we set off helps us to reach the milestones quicker and measure our success along the way.
How is this first month of research different to the free site audit?
It's much more in depth. We want to understand every aspect of your business and it's current level of performance. By doing so, we're better able to spot the best opportunities for growth.

What are your hours of business?
Standard operating hours are 8.30am - 5pm GMT or BST (+1 hour) in the summer.
We're a dedicated team though, so it's quite possible you'll get a response to your ticket outside of those hours.

My eCommerce site isn't built with WooCommerce, can I still join ShopMonster?
No, sorry, we only work with WordPress and WooCommerce. This allows us to concentrate our knowledge, skills and experience and deliver the best possible service to our customers.

Can you recommend a hosting provider?
WordPress with the WooCommerce plugin powers over 37% of all online stores. But WooCommerce is no ordinary plugin.
It’s an application (like WordPress) with its own unique set of demands and configuration requirements.
Your choice of web hosting service provider is the most important factor determining whether or not you meet these requirements. Everything else pales in comparison (tweet it!).
You could cram every single tweak and hack on the Internet into your website, but if you’re on poor hosting, any benefit from that work will barely register.
Instead of scaling as your traffic increases, your site will creak, moan and may give way altogether.
You're going to need a provider who offers managed hosting that is optimised for both WordPress and WooCommerce.
